is the Northeast Kingdom's own tribal fusion bellydance company, blending traditional Middle Eastern styles with a bewildering array of decidedly non-traditional influences. Offering a rich, provocative (occasionally dizzying) blend of flamenco, burlesque, hip-hop, and gypsy folkloric dance, HypzOtikA BellyDancE has created a distinctive and constantly evolving performance style unlike any other. HypZotiQue BellyDancE CirCus
is the wayward delirious brainchild of HypzOtikA Director Erin Narey and the Northeast Kingdom's ringmaster of mayhem, Jingo the Dark Clown. Featuring a madcap assortment of shiftless ne'er-do-wells, including sword dancers, jugglers, hoopers, snakecharmers, and of course, the dazzling HypzOtikA Bellydancers, this Circus is vaudevillian sass at it's most absurd. HypZotiQue enthralls adults, kids and vagabonds alike. The Circus is available for hire, or catch them in dark alleyways, the sketchy part of town, or St. Johnsbury's Catamount Arts Cabaret.
